* development of competing systems; or
* analysis intended to reproduce PACIFIC’s methodologies, visual systems or creative outputs.You must not use bots, autonomous agents, crawlers, scripts, scraping systems or other automated technologies to extract, collect, reproduce, monitor or analyse PACIFIC content without prior written permission.Ordinary indexing by legitimate public search engines is permitted where conducted in accordance with generally accepted technical standards and PACIFIC’s applicable technical instructions.10. DIGITAL RESOURCES AND LICENSED MATERIALSPACIFIC may offer reports, publications, methodologies, templates, frameworks, visual resources, tools, educational materials or other digital products.Unless separate licence terms expressly state otherwise, digital resources are licensed, not sold.A purchase or authorised download grants only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sub-licensable right to use the material for the purpose specified at the time of purchase.Digital resources must not be:* resold;

* client payment does not automatically transfer ownership of all underlying intellectual property;
* rights in final deliverables may be assigned or licensed only as specified in the relevant agreement;
* concepts, drafts, rejected proposals and undeveloped directions remain PACIFIC property;
* third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners;
* rights are not transferred until all applicable fees have been paid in full; and
* PACIFIC may retain general skills, experience and non-confidential know-how developed through its work.Nothing on the public website constitutes an assignment or licence of project intellectual property.12. * original selection and arrangement;
